PDF Validation

PDF validation uses pypdf to inspect parseability, encryption, page count, media-box dimensions, and portrait/landscape orientation. Paper-size matching defaults to a ±1.5 mm tolerance. Each page is checked independently.

It does not render pages, perform OCR, or infer whether dates appear in visually correct positions. Encrypted PDFs are not inspected without a password, and PrintLint does not ask for or try passwords.
